Newbie question: what does dazed do exactly? - Guild Wars Forums

I just found skull crack which dazes the opponent. I've bled, crippled, blinded, hexed, and cursed enemies before but never dazed them. I assume this means the caster cannot cast while dazed? And it is a condition like bleeding?

Dazed causes the target's spells to require twice as long to cast, and makes them easily interruptible (spells fail if the dazed player is hit while casting). And yes, it is a condition.

Thanks a bunch. That makes sense now because I saw the mob continue to try to cast after dazing him, just didn't realize he was easily interrupted.
